For Belleville, the partial phases of the eclipse will begin at about 2:08pm. Totality will start just after 3:22pm, and will last for 1m20s. In Kingston, the partial phases will start at 2:09, and totality will also begin at 3:22 (about 20s later than in Belleville). Totality in Kingston will last only a few seconds short of three minutes! If you want even more totality, you'll need to head to the centerline just across the border in Watertown NY. Just like in 2017, totality belongs to the southern half of the state, and you'll want to be well south to get into the path!
